Our Restoration Services
Water Damage Mitigation
A broken supply line, a failed water heater, a roof leak. Water moves fast and hides where you can’t see it, inside walls, under flooring, down into the subfloor. We locate it with thermal imaging and moisture meters, extract what’s standing, and dry the structure to a documented target instead of a guess. Caught early, a lot of material can be saved.
Mold Remediation
Florida law keeps two roles separate: a licensed assessor identifies the mold problem, and a separately licensed remediator removes it. We hold Florida mold remediator license MRSR5683 and work to IICRC S520 containment standards. Contain the area, remove the source, filter the air, and document the clearance.
Fire & Smoke Restoration
Smoke and soot continue to cause damage after the fire is out. Soot is chemically active and etches surfaces, and odor penetrates deep into porous materials. Different surfaces need different cleaning approaches, and the clock matters. We clean structure and contents, deodorize, and work to restore rather than replace wherever the materials allow.
Sewage & Biohazard Cleanup
Sewage backups and biohazard situations are not a mop-and-bucket job. The water carries bacteria and pathogens, and porous materials it has touched usually can’t be saved. We contain the area, remove what needs to be removed, clean and disinfect to standard, and document the work. It’s the job most people would rather not think about, and exactly the kind we’re set up to handle properly.
Storm & Hurricane Damage
On the Gulf Coast, wind-driven rain and roof breaches can quickly flood a building, often across the entire structure at once. We respond after named storms to dry water intrusion and stabilize what we can, working to the same documented standards as any other water loss. Hurricane season runs from June through November, and the time to know who you’re calling is before the cone shows up.
How Every Job Goes
Five services, one discipline. Whether the loss is a burst pipe behind a kitchen wall, a mold colony in a wall cavity, a kitchen fire, a sewage backup, or hurricane-driven water intrusion across a whole house, the work follows the same standard.
We start by assessing what’s there. Thermal imaging and moisture meters find what the eye misses. Photos document the scope before anything is moved.
The drying, cleaning, or containment work uses commercial-grade equipment, set up to industry-standard protocols. Not consumer tools, not shortcuts. Where IICRC standards apply (S500 for water, S520 for mold, S700 for fire), they’re the floor we work from, not a marketing line.
We monitor daily. Moisture readings, surface checks, written notes. The job ends when the readings say it’s done, not when the surface looks dry or the smell fades.
You get the records: photos, daily readings, written scope, and the final clearance documentation. Whatever happens next, it starts from facts. That’s true on a five-hundred-dollar job and a five-figure one.
